1. Service warranty
We provide a warranty for services performed, as described in the service order (OS) or quote approved by the customer. The warranty period can vary depending on the type of service and parts involved.
2. What the warranty covers
The warranty covers issues directly related to the service performed or the parts supplied by us (when applicable), under normal use conditions.
3. What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquids, power issues, or unauthorized modifications.
- Issues introduced after the service by third-party repairs or configuration changes.
- Wear-and-tear items and pre-existing defects unrelated to the service.
4. Cancellation and refunds
If the service has not started, cancellation may be possible. If diagnosis or labor has already been performed, costs may apply. Any refund will be evaluated case-by-case based on the work already delivered.
5. Devices and data
We recommend backups whenever possible. We are not responsible for loss of data stored on devices, unless a specific backup service was contracted and agreed upon in writing.
6. Unclaimed devices
If a device is not picked up after service completion, storage fees may apply according to what is stated in the service order (OS), and additional measures may be taken as allowed by applicable rules.
